HELLO YOGIS!
November classes at the City of Fairfax Regional Library are now open for registration!
Join us for Little Sprout Yoga on Thursday, November 14 @ 10:30 a.m. This class is for our youngest yogis, 0-24 months, with a caregiver.
We will stretch, move, dance, and have so much fun! Please bring a yoga mat or beach towel. Hope to see you soon!

What a week!

This little yogi brought so much energy to class last week that I just had to get her in action! She is rocking her favorite pose. LOVE IT SO MUCH!
