It's Try a Mantra, Prayer, Sound, or Word Meditation:
Repeat a mantra, prayer, sound, or word that inspires a specific desired energy, emotion, or intention within you. You practice this from 5 to 20 minutes and then sit in silence after to be present to all that flows in response to it. Upgrade your experience: dance to it, sing it or rap it to a beat, change your volume or tone as feel it.
Sample mantras:
I AM SAFE. I AM SOLID. I AM ME.
I AM GREAT. GREAT I AM. I ACCEPT AND ALLOW MY I AM NOW.
MY NATURAL STATE IS PEACE AND JOY
