Pioneer Valley Conference For Women

As we wrap up our 4th annual Pioneer Valley Conference for Women, we’re filled with deep gratitude for the 11 remarkable local women who served on this year’s conference board.

Our 2025 theme was “We See You,” and this board truly embodied it—seeing the needs of their community, lifting up the voices of local women, and creating space for connection, inspiration, and growth.

As we look ahead to year five, we’re reminded that the impact of this day extends far beyond the conference. Months later, attendees tell us they feel more confident, more connected, and more hopeful—and that’s the ripple effect we’re proud to be part of.
