Then class starts doing its work.
Listen.

She tapped gloves.
Made eye contact.
And then that huge smile...

Like, yep.
I remembered.
I did it right.

Those are the moments kids carry with them.
The little things.
The good manners.
The pride on their face.

That little open-glove cue said a lot...

Three-person drill.
Next callout.
One partner hesitates.

And this teen doesn’t take over.
He just makes eye contact, gives a calm signal, and the group moves together with a grin.
