A few weekends ago, I met a woman at a bar who was being incredibly hard on herself.
She told me she felt like she had ruined her life.
That she did not have it together.
And honestly… I think a lot of people feel that way sometimes.
Like they should be happier by now.
More healed. Further along in life.
But one thing I know for sure is this: It is never too late to shift your story and feel alive again.
This week on Living in the Faith Frequency, we talked about how our own self-judgment can rob us joy and how to stop treating yourself like a problem that needs to be fixed.
So if life has changed recently…
If you have been hard on yourself…
Or simply need a reminder that things can get better…

This past weekend at The Mission Project, led by Eric Rock, something inside of me expanded.
Being in a room with mission-driven leaders, hearing speakers like Ed Mylett, and witnessing so many powerful stories reminded me of something I deeply believe:
People do not just need more strategy.
They need emotionally safe spaces to heal, rise, reconnect to themselves, and remember who they truly are.
This experience lit an even bigger fire inside of me to share my voice, my story, and my heart in a greater way.
More conversations.
More healing.
More truth.
More heaven on earth.
I am deeply grateful for every person I met, every conversation shared, and every reminder that our pain can become purpose when we are willing to rise through it.
The best is yet to come. ✨

Lately, I’ve been reminded that so many people are carrying things silently.
Grief.
Pressure.
Loneliness.
Healing.
Transition.
Fear.
And sometimes we're so busy trying to “keep it together” that we become numb to how we're actually feeling.
In this week’s episode of Living in the Faith Frequency, we talked about the importance of feeling your emotions instead of suppressing them, giving yourself grace during recovery and change, and learning how to reconnect with yourself again when life shifts your identity.
There’s so much change happening in the world right now, but you still get to choose how you show up, how you love, how you think, and how you care for yourself and others. ❤

Have you ever noticed how one tiny trigger can completely shift your mood… even after a beautiful weekend, a meaningful moment, or a great conversation?
That happened to me recently.
And honestly, it became such a powerful reminder of what Living in the Faith Frequency is really about.
Not being perfectly positive all the time.
Not pretending you don’t have human emotions.
It’s about recognizing when you are out of alignment and learning how to gently guide yourself back.
And sometimes that return starts with a walk, a prayer, a nap, a conversation, a sign, or a willingness to feel better.
In this week’s podcast episode, we had a real conversation about the stories our minds create, how quickly fear and insecurity can take over, and how to support ourselves instead of judging when we’re struggling.
If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, discouraged, emotionally stretched, or disconnected lately, I think this episode will really support you. ❤️

Sometimes the biggest transformation starts with one simple word:
YES.
Yes to growth.
Yes to leadership.
Yes to taking care of myself.
Yes to showing up fully for the mission I’ve been called to.
Grateful for the people who help us become who we said we wanted to be. 💙
Saying yes to the retreat.
Saying yes to my health.
Saying yes to becoming the woman I know I’m meant to be.
And deeply grateful for the people who walk beside us and help us rise along the way. ✨
This season has been about aligned action.
Saying yes to opportunities that expand me.
Saying yes to my health and energy.
Saying yes to support instead of doing it all alone.
The better it gets, the better it gets. 💫
How do you navigate change in your life?
You do not have to have everything figured out to move forward.
Tune into the latest episode of Living in the Faith Frequency to hear insights about grief, divine guidance, vulnerability, healing, and continuing to show up for yourself through every season of life.
It was a deeply healing conversation for me, and I hope it has the same impact on you. ❤
