Even though, as adults, we may sometimes be in a hurry, allowing children to try is a lifelong investment. 🌱

How can we put this into practice?

✔️ Value their effort: celebrate that they tried, regardless of the result.
✔️ Recognize their achievements: that “I did it by myself!” strengthens their confidence.
✔️ Encourage independence: tidying up their toys, getting dressed on their own, or helping in the kitchen are all big steps.

Every mistake is an opportunity to learn and try again. 💪✨

The circus has arrived at Alianza! This week marks the start of Circus Mirandus — two magical weeks of art, movement, music, and creative expression where imagination truly takes center stage. Our little explorers become artists, performers, and creators, all immersed in Spanish. The show is about to begin, and we couldn't be more excited! 🎭🎶🌟

Did you know that self-awareness is key to harmonious coexistence? ✨

Through our “All About Me” activity, we worked on the importance of helping children express who they are and feel confident sharing it with others. 💛

In our classrooms, we encourage every boy and girl to reflect on:

🌟 What makes me unique?
💬 What things do I like and dislike?
🤝 How can I share my preferences with others?

This exercise not only strengthens their self-esteem, but also gives them tools to express themselves with confidence — saying things like “I like this” or “Can I borrow it?” — while establishing healthy boundaries and building meaningful emotional bonds. 🌱

We wrapped up an incredible week of creativity, construction, and imagination as our young architects brought their own city to life! 🌆💡

Through building, designing, and problem-solving, our children explored how cities are planned, how communities work together, and how every great idea begins with creativity. It was the perfect ending to a camp full of discovery, teamwork, and innovation.

Our hands have superpowers! 🖐️

Today at Alianza, we explored the story "Hands Are Not for Hitting" by Martine Agassi. Through reading and a super special chat, we discovered that our hands are magical tools for:

✨ Greeting and giving hugs.

🎨 Creating works of art and drawing.

🧩 Building and playing as a team.

🌟 Helping others.

To close the activity, each little one decorated their own "hand of kindness," reminding us that physical contact should always be for caring and connecting. ❤️

"Can you imagine how boring life would be if we were all the same?" 🦔

This week in our Emotional Education Workshop, we explored a powerful lesson through the sweet story Cuerpoespín Primavera: self-esteem.

Our teachers guided the children to discover how the little Hedgehog learned to accept his quills — those differences that make him uniquely him — and how he used them to give beautiful things to others. 🌸

Accepting ourselves as we are allows us to love ourselves deeply and embrace who we truly are. Being different isn't something to hide — it's what makes us special, and what helps us connect with the world. 💛
