Helping the first responders in precinct 5 get the word out. I no longer live in this precinct but can appreciate the selfless sacrifices that they are making....
For the record...feel free to drop them off at Casa de Palmer and I will do my civic duty and assist with this dangerous situation...
Cookie Takeback Program
Precinct 5 has received a number of reports of highly addictive substances, commonly referred to as "Girl Scout Cookies," that will soon be circulating in our area. Dubbed with suspiciously catchy names like 'Thin Mints,' 'deLites,' 'Peanut Butter Patties,' and 'Lemonades,' these habit-forming substances are distributed by a strong, smart, and fearless group of young women often found in our neighborhoods and in front of grocery stores.
Deputies understand how easy it can be to get started with just one box of these treats, but unfortunately, one box can quickly lead to two, then five, and before you know it, you are hiding your stash in the freezer and misleading family members about not having any left.
We want to remind everyone in our precinct that the Precinct 5 Constable's Office is here for you. We have set up a no-questions-asked drop-off location at all of our substations, where our deputies can safely dispose of these "Girl Scout Cookies."

HF Safety LLC is an Authorized Training Center for CPR and First Aid. There is a new "Female Mannikin Accessory" (that is really what it's called) and I am curious about your thoughts. Do you think they would improve the training experience?
(Yes or No comments only. All other comments will be deleted)
P.S. Most of the people I work with are construction workers and oil-patch guys so I already have more concerns than you can imagine. I am truly praying about this but the reality is that females, for obvious reasons, are less likely to receive CPR than a male is.

Let me know if you'd be interested in taking a First AId and CPR course. I can also help if you'd like to become a Trainer.

Teaching an OSHA 10 class for General Industry at the shop today. Pretty exciting because it is a joint venture between an existing client and the State of Texas
