Dear Archer Families,
Thank you for your patience, support, and flexibility as we completed our first full week of school. It has been exciting to see our students engaged in learning, athletics, clubs, and authentic experiences across campus. We are off to a fantastic start, and I appreciate all of the teamwork from our families as we continue refining procedures and routines.
This week, I would like to highlight two important items from this week's newsletter:
Afterschool Program Interest Survey
Angeline Academy is exploring the possibility of hosting a Boys & Girls Club after-school program on our campus. To help us determine the level of family interest and guide future planning, we ask that families complete the interest survey if this opportunity would benefit your child. Your feedback is important and will help us assess the viability of the program.
Car Line Updates
Please carefully review the updated car line expectations shared in this week's newsletter.
Morning Arrival Reminders:
Enter campus using the first entrance and follow the designated single drop-off line.
Please have students completely ready to exit the vehicle before reaching the unloading area.
Pull forward to fill all available unloading spaces.
Avoid parking in areas that are not designated for student drop-off.
Beginning at 8:15 a.m., vehicles will be redirected to the front office area so students can receive a tardy pass.
Afternoon Dismissal Adjustment: Beginning at 3:00 p.m., a second car line will open in the front of the school for high school students only after bus dismissal. Families arriving before 3:00 p.m. should continue to use the current dismissal line. High school students who have middle school siblings or are part of a mixed-grade carpool should continue using the regular car line.
These procedures are designed to improve safety and efficiency for everyone. Your cooperation is essential to making these adjustments successful.
