The more you learn, the more you realize there is always more to learn. 🥋

Humility isn't thinking less of yourself. It's being confident enough to know you don't have all the answers.

It's listening when someone is teaching.
Accepting correction without making excuses.
Learning from someone else, no matter their age or rank.

And being willing to say, “I can get better at this.”
In martial arts, earning a new belt doesn't mean you've finished learning. It means you're ready for the next lesson.

At 3T, we want our students to grow in skill AND character, because some of the strongest people you'll ever meet are also the most willing to learn.

Keep an open mind. Keep a humble heart. And never stop growing. ❤️🥋

Xoie comes to every class with a bright smile, a positive attitude, and an eagerness to learn. Her enthusiasm is contagious, and she brings great energy to the mat every time she trains.

She consistently gives her best focus and effort in class while showing respect for her instructors and classmates. Xoie's love of learning and joyful spirit make her a wonderful example of what it means to have Black Belt Attitude.

Today we’re celebrating an incredible milestone for Sensei Trout: 15 years with the 3T Family! ❤️

For a decade and a half, Sensei Trout has dedicated his time, knowledge, and leadership to martial arts and to the students who have come through our doors. Fifteen years means countless classes taught, students encouraged, belts earned, challenges overcome, and memories made along the way.

We are incredibly grateful for the years Sensei Trout has invested in our students, our team, and the 3T community.

Sometimes doing what's right means speaking up.

Sometimes it means noticing the person who feels left out and inviting them in.

Sometimes it means standing beside someone who may not feel strong enough to stand alone.

And sometimes it simply means using your words to encourage instead of tear down.

Your voice has power. What you choose to do with it matters.

At 3T, we want our students to learn that strength isn't only about what they can do on the mats. It's also having the courage and character to use their voice to make someone else's world a little better.

🥋 Seeing progress in a student is wonderful, but knowing they genuinely enjoy coming to class and feel welcomed by the people around them makes it even better.
