Did you know that Bargain City in Rice Lake is hosting vendors now?

They keep the store running and the vendors keep their mini-store stocked and organized.

Its perfect for artists like me who aren't ready to rent my own studio space or open my own store, but want to put our work out there more than a weekend market.

I used what i had on hand to set up shop, so even though its small, there is room to grow! I want to eventually upgrade to pegboard walls which will allow me to hang up more work.

Shop any day of the week after 10am! Find your perfect talisman or the art that fits right into your house.

My Mini-Store is open! 🥳 We went down to Rice Lake today and set everything up.

Now it's all about creating more designs and having fun with it, knowing the mini-store needs more art!

I've got a combo of jewelry, linocut prints, decks, and colored pencil drawings.

While I can only attend a limited number of markets in the summer, this store is set up and running 7 days a week! Now you can shop on your schedule. 🤩

Studio429 is now located inside Bargain City in Rice Lake. They are open 7 days a week and have lots of great vendors and more moving in.

Minong Summer Days was fantastic! Got to catch up with so many people, meet some who I'd only emailed with, and share some great art. Good food, and good music too.

Thank you to everyone who planned and set up the event and to all who came out to enjoy the weekend.

Saturday I had my booth set up and these are the pieces that found new homes. Plus tons of temporary tattoos, mini art prints and stickers from the mystery message machine.

P.S. if you were the one who got the death moth necklace- I'd love a picture! Somehow nearly all the necklaces got through without me taking a single picture. 😅

Sunday I set up the kids art show with the help of some other great artists. For our first year, we had a god turn out. As the one who planned the Kids Talent and art showcase said, "small but mighty" for our first year. We're looking forward to how things grow next year.
