All due to the fact of having a baby and decorating my own home and his nursery. I started up crocheting again and it has just blossomed into this lovely little business! I love all my clients and truly enjoy creating decor and cute little hats for all your little ones!
Shop Policies: Here is a little info for you....My turn around time right now is running about 1-2 weeks from clearance of payment. Preferred form of payment is paypal, that way you and I can feel confident with the exchange of funds. Also payment in advance is required on all custom orders.
Shipping: At this time I am using priority shipping so once it ships it should only take 2-3 days to get to you. I try to make sure to combine shipping on your orders to get you the best price.
Refund Policy: Snipits does not give refunds except for special circumstances, I do offer exchanges for another product or a shop credit. Also if an item is being exchanged and shipped back to me, Snipits is not responsible for the shipping cost of the item being sent to me.
