🚨 **They didn't just build it...they're learning how to SELL it!** 🚨

At the **Production & Manufacturing Institute (PMI)**, our students aren't just making products—they're experiencing what it takes to run a real manufacturing company from start to finish.

From product design and prototyping to manufacturing, quality control, marketing, and sales, every item they create represents teamwork, creativity, problem-solving, and hard work. They're learning that every successful product has a customer, a story, and a place in the marketplace.

When you purchase a PMI product, you're getting more than a quality, handcrafted item.

You're investing in the next generation of skilled manufacturers, engineers, welders, machinists, designers, and business leaders.

**We design, manufacture, and market quality products made in Eastern Washington by the next generation of skilled manufacturers. Every purchase supports student workforce development.**

🛒 Check out the products our students have worked so hard to create and support their journey:

Thank you for believing in these incredible students and helping us build tomorrow's workforce—one product, one student, and one opportunity at a time.

🚨 PMI NEEDS YOUR HELP! 🚨

Do you have a few hours, a day, or even a couple of days this summer that you'd be willing to invest in the next generation?

The Production & Manufacturing Institute (PMI) is looking for volunteers to help with our 2026 programs. You do NOT need to be a parent, teacher, or manufacturing expert. If you enjoy working with young people, encouraging future leaders, or simply want to make a difference in your community, we'd love to have you join us!

Our students are learning real-world skills, exploring career pathways, visiting industry partners, building projects, and discovering opportunities they may never have known existed. Sometimes all it takes is one positive adult to help change a student's future.

Whether you can:
🔧 Assist with activities and projects
👷 Share your career experience
🏭 Help supervise tours and events
🎯 Encourage students and keep them engaged
🤝 Lend a hand wherever needed
..there's a place for you on the PMI team!

This isn't just volunteering—it's helping build the future workforce of our communities.

📍 Opportunities available across multiple PMI programs and locations this summer.
