Do you have a few hours, a day, or even a couple of days this summer that you'd be willing to invest in the next generation?

The Production & Manufacturing Institute (PMI) is looking for volunteers to help with our 2026 programs. You do NOT need to be a parent, teacher, or manufacturing expert. If you enjoy working with young people, encouraging future leaders, or simply want to make a difference in your community, we'd love to have you join us!

Our students are learning real-world skills, exploring career pathways, visiting industry partners, building projects, and discovering opportunities they may never have known existed. Sometimes all it takes is one positive adult to help change a student's future.

Whether you can:
