Maple Cheesecake, Cinnamon Sugar Doughnuts, Maple Frosted Doughnuts, Gingersnap Cookies, and White Chocolate Chip Cranberry Cookies are on the menu this week.

I think cookie cakes are a great alternative for celebrations. Come on… chocolate chip cookie… buttercream frosting… best of both worlds! What’s your vote? 🗳️

The secret that makes the best zucchini bread... 🥒✨

I am no expert but from my years of baking I have always had the best luck with freshly shredded instead of frozen zucchini. I use the zucchini as soon as I shred it without letting it sit so all the fresh flavor and moisture goes right into the batter.
