Landon has already impressed me with his thoughtful approach to learning. He doesn’t rush through problems—instead, he takes his time, thinks through his strategies, and stays committed even when the work becomes challenging.

What I admire most is his ability to reflect on his own thinking. When an answer isn’t quite right, he’s able to pause, look back at his work, and figure out what needs to be adjusted. That’s a skill that will take him far both in and out of the classroom.

I’m excited to watch his confidence continue to grow and to be a part of his learning journey.

Charlotte is such a thoughtful learner. While she started off a little shy, she quickly showed me just how well-spoken she is and how clearly she can explain her thinking.

One thing that really impressed me was her ability to articulate the strategies she was using and explain why she chose them. Not only did she have multiple ways to solve problems, but she was also confident in sharing her ideas and reasoning.

I am so excited to continue building on her strengths, helping her grow as a mathematician, and watching her confidence shine even brighter.
