This position involves the control of various pests (spiders, ants, wasp/bees, rodents, etc.) as well as requiring on occasion to enter crawlspaces, attics and similar areas. Must have good communication skills and enjoy working with the public and as part of a team. Candidates must also have a good driving record, as well as be able to pass a drug test and background check. Starting pay is $20 an hour.

“Damp wood/wet wood” termites are commonly found where seasoned wood contacts the ground. They prefer wood with a high moisture content and are not usually a threat to homes.
