Today we celebrated Hispanic Heritage Month at Love of God! 🇲🇽🇵🇷❤️

We started our day by making our very own sombreros! 🎨👒 The children had so much fun decorating their hats and making them their own. Watching their little personalities shine through their creativity was the sweetest thing!

Then we had our Hispanic Heritage Celebration with balloons, music, good food, and lots of fun! 🎈🌎

For lunch, our little ones enjoyed nachos, black beans, and peaches. 🌮🫘🍑 And of course, our teachers joined in on the celebration with a potluck filled with authentic Hispanic dishes, including delicious Puerto Rican food! 🇵🇷❤️

We love creating opportunities for our children to learn about and celebrate different cultures, traditions, foods, and the beautiful people who make up our community.

💐 Happy Grandparents Day! 💐

Today we celebrate the amazing grandparents who fill our little ones’ lives with so much love, wisdom, laughter, and plenty of extra spoiling! 🥰

At Love of God Christian Learning & Development Center, we know that grandparents hold such a special place in a child’s heart. Your prayers, encouragement, hugs, stories, and unconditional love help shape the little people they are becoming.

📚✨ LEARNING BEYOND THE PAPER at Love of God! ✨📚

At Love of God Christian Learning & Development Center, we believe learning doesn’t have to happen with a pencil and paper!

Our classrooms are places where children learn through experiences, movement, conversation, play, exploration, music, and real-life interactions. 🧠👐🏾🎶

And one of the beautiful things about our learning environment? We learn in BOTH English AND Spanish! 🇺🇸🇪🇸

Our little learners are building vocabulary, expanding their communication skills, making connections, and being introduced to another language in a natural, engaging way.

Because learning isn’t just about what a child can put on a worksheet—it’s about what they can understand, experience, communicate, and carry with them. ❤️

🌱 At Love of God, we’re learning beyond the paper… because there’s a whole world to learn from!

🌞🌴 Goodbye, Summer! 🌴🌞

This week at Love of God Christian Learning & Development Center, we are celebrating our theme, “Goodbye Summer!” As we say farewell to sunny days and welcome a new season, our children will be learning about the changes that happen when summer ends and fall begins.

Through hands-on activities, art projects, stories, songs, and outdoor exploration, the children will discover how the weather changes, how leaves begin to transform, and how nature prepares for a new season. These fun experiences help build observation skills, language development, creativity, and a love for learning about the world around them.

We can’t wait to make lasting summer memories while getting excited for all the wonderful things that fall has to offer! 🍎🍂🌻

🌟 Teamwork makes the dream work! 🌟

During our Kindness Week, we are talking about how important it is to work together and listen to our friends' ideas. These children are showing excellent cooperation by sharing the space and their art supplies to create a masterpiece together.

We love seeing their friendships grow and their willingness to include others. Keep up the good work, friends!

Today our children participated in a special “Hug Your Favorite Teacher” activity as part of our Kindness Week celebration! ❤️

A simple hug can brighten someone’s day, build connections, and show appreciation for those who care for us. We loved seeing our students share kindness, gratitude, and smiles with their teachers today. Thank you for helping us teach the importance of kindness, one hug at a time! 🤗

What a beautiful day we had celebrating May Day at Love of God CLDC! 🌸☀️

From the fun activities to the sweet laughter and precious memories made, today was truly special. We are so thankful for our amazing staff, wonderful parents, and all of our little ones that make days like this so meaningful. 💕

May Day 2026 was definitely one to remember! 🌼

What’s been Happening Love Of God Christian Learning and Development Center??? We’ve been making memories, learning big things, and having SO much fun! 💙📚

Our babies have been busy playing fun games, learning and growing smarter every single day, working hard on their letter sounds, and strengthening those fine motor skills through hands-on activities and creative play! Watching these little minds grow is truly one of the sweetest parts of what we do. ✏️🧩🎨

We also had the sweetest time celebrating our amazing mommies with handmade gifts made with little hands and lots of love — because our moms deserve to be celebrated in the biggest way! 💐💝

Every laugh, lesson, craft, hug, and milestone means so much to us. We are thankful for the trust our families place in us each day.

And none of this would be possible without the BEST teachers in Baldwin County! Their love, patience, creativity, and dedication make Love of God Christian Learning and Development Center such a special place for our children to learn and grow. 🥰✨
