If only her reflexes were as quick as her wit... kidding, we’re working on it! Living and further capturing these silly little moments during training gives me so much joy as we put our minds and bodies through so much to keep them physical and healthy but remember we are because we are looking to enjoy and elongate a quality life.

You’re only going to get out what you put in 💪💯

Less is often more when it comes to metrics, quality, and results. Listen and be kind to your body, mind, and routine. More reps or hours at the gym don’t equate to productivity especially if there’s pain, poor form, and lack of moderation. 🧘👣📆

And the loud weights hurt my ears, our equipment, and back watching it happen… ⛓️‍💥🤕
