Today’s practice was an homage to the Journey into Power sequence from Baron mixed with the Home Base sequence from Casa Vinyasa🙌🏻.

It’s been a great year, from learning through that training and taking what I learned and making it grow at Casa. I finally feel confident as a yoga teacher as well as a yoga practitioner🙏🏻.
