Biltmore Heights is wonderful neighborhood in a superb location, with everything a homeowner looks for when choosing a home for themselves or their family.

People move here and stay--- there are lots of homes where people have lived for decades. Many, many of the homes have had the same owners for 20, 30 or more years. Houses don’t go up for sale often and when they do they tend to sell quickly and (if marketed by an agent that knows the neighborhood well) they demand top dollar. Values in this little enclave have held on much better than other areas

South Florida is becoming the destination of choice for Northerners looking for a more affordable lifestyle. Now that people are getting vaccinated, sellers are more comfortable putting their houses on the market and allowing buyers to visit.

Biltmore Heights Gets ready for Halloween. For the past few years, 50th Street has been the center of Trick or Treat fun in the neighborhood. Scores of Trick or Treaters turn the blocks from 57th Ave to 62 Ave into a street party. Stroll over after dusk and see all the ghosts and princesses getting their treats!

The adopt a tree program is back just in time after hurricane Irma destroyed so much of our wonderful landscaping.Trees reduce air-conditioning costs by providing shade, while a good landscape improves a home's appearance. Trees also help increase a property's real estate value and reduce flooding by absorbing excess rain water

Come get your two free trees while supplies last!
