the PNW solo trip i didn’t know i needed.
Vancouver to Victoria for a wedding to Seattle.
thankful for the life I’ve built to support my desire to explore more. 🤍 .
i highly recommend:
🔸taking a seaplane at least once in ur life.
🔸trying every cup of coffee in Seattle
🔸completing the Grouse Mountain Grind in Vancouver
🔸biking around Stanley Park in Vancouver
🔸visiting Butchart Gardena in Victoria + afternoon tea
🔸exploring Pike Place Market in Seattle + trying the nations best clam chowder + drinking coffee from the first Starbucks store
🔸spending time on the revolving floor of the space needle
this trip did not disappoint.

Pure Barre turns 25 this year and THE event was THE event. 🤗. I started teaching 10-years ago (almost to the date) - if you asked me 10-years ago if i thought i would’ve climbed the corporate ladder like this, i would have laughed in your face. I’m so proud to be part of this amazing company, team and brand. Pure Barre has given me so much that words can’t explain. Friends, family, stability, support, love, passion, purpose. The community that this brand encompasses is not like any other. iykyk. Love these people. Love this life.
Here’s to another 25 years!! 🥂

Lake Tahoe - you were a dream. I didn’t know how much i needed to is vacation until u was there. I didn’t know how much id fall in love with the mountains, the forest, the lake until i immersed myself into it. i hope to visit again soon. what an absolute dream. ✌️

apparently i ran my fastest 5K ever yesterday at 21:20. … and just like that i now have a new goal that i need to achieve LOL . time to get this under 21-mins 🤓
I wonder how fast I’ll be when my foot is 100%. another PR that was totally unplanned… just blast the music. drown out the pain. dose the caffeine correctly and go. 🏃‍♀️.
get stronger. stay healthy.
lift heavy. run fast.
