Monday Motivation! . We are in schools everyday and nothing makes us happier than seeing schools where ALL students feel safe, valued & respected. Take a look at this board. “Because I want children to feel safe, loved, and help them believe in themselves” it doesn’t get much better than that!

We could ALL use a smile like Blake! We saw this on the news and had to share. This 6 year old really gets it! His mom owns a personalizing business and offered to make what ever type of shirt he wanted for the upcoming school year. He thought a while and said, 'will you please make me a shirt that says 'I will be your friend' for all the kids who need a friend to know that I am here for them? LOVE this! Join us at www.capsli.org to help us keep every child safe from harm.

Here's a great example of student empowerment. These Oregon students know firsthand how their peers can struggle with stress, anxiety, and depression. Mental Illness is an illness. These students advocated for more attention to mental health in their school communities. There is strength in numbers and students have a voice in their school communities. Visit www.capsli.org and join us in creating school communities where all students feel safe, valued, and respected.

The students behind the measure say it's meant to change the stigma around mental health in a state that has some of the United States' highest su***de rates.
