The first professional panel & workshop took place at Amherst College on Oct 23rd. Four alumni from the five colleges were invited by PV Alumni Impact to speak on the panel. They are Liu Hao, Amherst' 16, who had a summer internship at Morgan Stanley and got a return offer; Liu Duo, Umass' 14, who is currently working at Intel Corporation; Hu Zheyuan, MHC' 11, who worked at Blackrock and is currently a PhD candidate at Umass; Sun Dawei, Amherst’ 15, who is in his deferring year of Harvard Law School and is interning at a consulting company. These four speakers shared their academic and work experiences, while they giving student audience lots of suggestions and advisement on graduate school applying process during the panels and interviews.
