⚓ CARE Tip of the Day: Prepared caregivers become confident advocates.
Caregivers, before the new week begins, give yourself the gift of a little preparation. 💜
Sunday doesn’t have to be about getting everything done. It’s about doing a few things today that can make tomorrow feel less overwhelming.
Take a few minutes to:
📅 Review this week’s appointments and responsibilities.
📂 Gather anything you’ll need for upcoming appointments.
🍽️ Prep a few simple meals or snacks if possible.
💊 Review medications and make note of any refills needed.
📝 Write down your top caregiving priorities for the week.
💜 And don’t forget to put yourself somewhere on that calendar too.
You can’t predict everything caregiving will bring this week, but you can create systems that make the unexpected a little easier to manage.
Plan today. Peace tomorrow. ⚓
💜 CARE Challenge:
Give yourself a 15-minute Sunday CARE Reset. Set a timer and choose just three things to prepare for the week ahead. Don’t try to do everything, focus on what will make the biggest difference.
💭 CARE Reflection:
Ask yourself:
“What can I do today that will make this week easier for me?”
Then do that one thing. 💜
Because caregivers shouldn’t have to navigate this journey alone. ⚓
📌 Save this post for your Sunday routine.
📤 Share it with another caregiver who could use a smoother week.
