If you have pain in a larger area of your body then I have you covered. These are 20"x 14" therapeutic heating/cooling rice bags. You can put them in the microwave or freezer. In the microwave they produce natural moist heat which is great for aches and pains. Or if you prefer cold you can put them in the freezer. I also have had people purchase them for wheelchair bound individuals and they use them as a weighted lap blanket for comfort and anxiety relief. I only have 1 of each of these and they are ready to ship today!!
