Pitching Lessons Update!**
I feel so blessed to have such a full schedule right now! When I started giving pitching lessons 4 years ago, having a schedule full of athletes who trusted me to be part of their journey was something I always dreamed of. Because of that, I don’t have much availability to take on new weekly clients at the moment. I typically have some availability open up later in the winter, though! I’m also putting together another winter pitching clinic with some other college athletes! Make sure you’re following my page so you don’t miss updates about the clinic, registration, and when I’m accepting new clients!

Also! With the number of clients and messages I’ve been receiving lately, some messages have unfortunately gotten lost! If we’ve previously talked about setting up lessons and I haven’t gotten back to you about scheduling, please don’t hesitate to reach back out to me!

I’ll be putting together another BEcoming HER pitching clinic this fall or winter, and before I start planning, I want to hear from my pitchers & families!

What would be most helpful for your daughter?

Long weekends at the ball park never seem to end even in retirement 🤣. On a real note, these girls fought so hard this weekend and after just a few months of being together pulled through as champions. And yes , our pitcher finished the game with the last strikeout (I sure do miss that feeling already). I am so blessed to coach this group girls and am so proud of each and every one of them , I can’t wait for more nights like these.

Gap between lessons means seeing if I still got it , and why’d I feel kinda fast today 😏

Hosting lessons has taught me so much about my own pitching and really is what helped me level up my last year of college. I paid so much more detail to my mechanics, staying smooth and generating speed, alongside the countless hours doing research and watching film of course. I am so blessed to get to do this as a job, and really do not miss my nails breaking off , which did happen if you see me throw something out my glove 🤣🤣

Congratulations to Ari💗👑

Ari is the winner of my first pitch stronger challenge, this 4 work challenge pushed the girls to condition, pitch, and set goals for themselves each week for a full month. So many of my girls did amazing, and it is surely showing in lesson. This challenge not only made my girls stronger, but it showed them how to be dedicated, consistent, and to push themselves out their comfort zone. Ari went above and beyond , gaining extra points in week two and even putting in extra work when bonus points were not rewarded. I am so proud of you Ari and I am so proud of all the girls that participated‼️

Today after working with one of my girls on her curveball I asked her how she felt, mind you we changed quite a few things from her release to her posture. She threw a good curveball before , but was lacking true spin and break. She told me “I feel good, I feel like I got better today” even though she may not be throwing as accurately yet with the progressions we made she really felt the increase in spin and movement and it absolutely warmed my heart to hear that from her 🥰

This is my reminder to all pitchers AND their parents to trust the process. While what your pitcher is doing now may work for the time being , making small adjustments like these are what prep her to compete at the highest level.
