📌 BOOKING REMINDER

Booking a date does not mean your order is ready to be started. Please be sure to send your sticker designs, shirt information, sizes, quantities, colors, and any other details needed before the date you booked for pick up .

Waiting until the last minute to send your information can cause delays with your order, especially when my schedule is already filled with other customers. We also don it start orders or fully book you until you have made a payment on your invoice.

Please have everything needed for your order ready when booking so I can keep your order on schedule. 💕

❤️ A little clarification about our memorial apparel ❤️

I just want to clarify how our memorial orders work because I feel it’s important for everyone to understand. We are a custom apparel small business, amongst other things which means we make what our customers hire us to make. We do not randomly create memorial shirts of people who have passed away just to make a profit. Memorial apparel is made because a family member, friend, or individual comes to us and places an order, providing the photos and information they want us to use.

Sometimes we receive an order from one family member and then other friends or family members reach out wanting the same design. Every shirt is made because someone requested and ordered it. Memorial apparel is one of the biggest parts of our business, and I’m truly grateful when families trust me to create something so meaningful for them. I understand the sensitivity behind these orders, and I treat every one with respect. ❤️🙏🏽

📢 WEEKEND ORDER NOTICE 📢

Hi folks! ❤️ If you need an order for the weekend, please be sure to get your order in during the BEGINNING of the week!

My schedule fills up FAST, especially for weekends, so I need to be notified of any orders needed for that same weekend by Monday at the start of the week. This allows me enough time to get everything designed, printed, pressed, and ready.

🗓️ My regular business hours are Monday–Friday. I do NOT work weekends.

Please also keep in mind:

• Orders placed on Friday will not be started until the following week, unless we have discussed and scheduled a specific date in advance.
• Regular orders can take 3–5 business days, depending on my current workload and schedule.
• If you need an order on short notice or outside my normal turnaround time, rush-order fees will apply.
• Please be prepared to pay your invoice promptly once it is sent so your order can be placed on my production schedule.

I completely understand that things come up and sometimes you need something last minute! ❤️ I’m always happy to help when I can, but please understand that rush orders are subject to availability and additional fees.
