International Human Rights Day

As the world celebrates the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR), proclaimed by the United Nations General Assembly on December 10th 1948, I would like to wish all of you a happy International Human Rights Day on behalf of Democracy and Human Rights for Africa (DHRA). When we see all the human rights violations in Africa there is nothing really to celebrate but we refuse to be pessimistic. We believe this generation is making changes. The worst fear of any tyranny is people waking up and coming together. Therefore, let us all be united in the pursuit of good governance, social justice and equal rights for all.
