The short version: I'm a life coach who helps bicultural professionals navigate identity, burnout, and true-to-you success.
The real version: I understand what it's like to wake up at 3 AM questioning everything.
To feel successful on paper but empty inside. To love your family deeply while feeling suffocated by their expectations. To be grateful for opportunities while grieving the parts of yourself you've had to hide to access them.
My story: I spent years as an HR leader, checking all the "success" boxes while my soul was screaming for something different. I was the poster child for the immigrant success story, until I wasn't.
The breakdown came when I realized I was living everyone else's version of my life except my own.
What I learned: You don't have to choose between honoring your culture and honoring yourself. You don't have to sacrifice your authenticity for acceptance.
And you definitely don't have to stay stuck in a career that's killing your spirit just because it looks good from the outside.
What I do now: I help bicultural professionals integrate their whole selves into their careers.
We work on:
• Breaking free from the "grateful survivor" mindset
• Navigating family expectations while pursuing authentic paths
• Leveraging cultural strengths as competitive advantages
• Building careers that honor both heritage and individual dreams
Who I work with: Mid-career professionals (often in HR, tech, or corporate leadership) who are tired of code-switching their way through life. People who want success that includes their soul, not just their salary.
What drives me: The moment when a client stops apologizing for taking up space and starts owning their unique value. When they realize their bicultural identity isn't something to manage, it's their superpower.
If any of this resonates, I'd love to connect. My content focuses on the intersection of cultural identity, career fulfillment, and authentic leadership.
