One of the most important parts of staging an open-concept home is helping each area feel intentional.
For this Gloucester townhome, the dining space was grounded with clean-lined wood furniture and understated styling, while the living area was softened through curved seating and layered neutrals. The result is a floor plan that feels easier to read, easier to imagine, and far more inviting to step into.

This Ipswich townhome leans into one of our favorite kinds of interiors: light-filled, softly layered, and quietly elegant.
The staging was designed to highlight the openness of the layout while bringing warmth to every corner, from the textural seating and tonal rugs to the understated styling around the fireplace and dining area.
It is a look that feels both elevated and livable, giving buyers a clear sense of how beautifully the home can function day to day.

Not every project is staged for a sale, some are designed to shape the way a space is experienced from the very beginning.
This installation was created for a developer’s rentals, with a design-forward approach rooted in warmth, comfort, and livability. Sitting on the Boston Common with direct views of the state building, this concept was a full buyout, allowing the furniture and styling to remain in place and give each unit a more settled, residential feel.
Layered with warm woods, sculptural forms, and a palette of cream, espresso, and sand, the result is a space that feels elevated yet easy to live in, proof that even smaller-scale rentals can carry a strong sense of home.

Perched above Good Harbor Beach, this Gloucester townhome feels like a private hilltop retreat, and the interiors follow suit.
The staging centered on a warm neutral palette layered with texture and sculptural form. The fireplace wall becomes an immediate focal point, framed by arched millwork, soft oak tones, and styling that feels collected rather than crowded. From the boucle chair to the organic stone and matte black accents, every detail was chosen to make the home feel refined, relaxed, and beautifully resolved.

Behind Beacon of Style Furniture is a deep love for the way a home can make people feel 🤍
For Cassandra, that love started early, shaped by a father with an architect’s eye and a passion for modern furniture, and a mother whose sense of style always felt effortless, chic, and rooted in quality. That influence continues to guide her approach to staging today, where thoughtful design, strong buyer impression, and a true appreciation for home all come together.

A well-staged dining room does more than complete a home. It sets the tone.
In this space, the warmth of the wood table is balanced by plush texture, graphic artwork, and a mix of seating that feels both curated and inviting. The result is a room that feels grounded, elevated, and ready to host.
These are the details that help buyers imagine the home not just as a property, but as a place to live beautifully.
