Just a little Saying that I have picked up along the way. I cant take credit; in fact, I don't know who can take the credit for this phrase. however, its power moves me.

I will be honest; I was NOT at ALL in the mood to make this short video. I woke today, wanting to post something in the nature and realm of "Routine."

Well, this is an example of me
"Just Saying 'OSU,' and Doing things anyway" today. I didnt want to. Not even after Showering, Brushing my teeth, and shaving.

Got dressed, and just looooooked, gazing at the bed. Longing to climb back in and snuggle up for a few more moments of sleep and relaxation.

I leaned my head back, cupped mt face and called out, "I Dont Wannaaaaaa." And I am SO glad that I did. Because, by hearing that ridiculous phrase spew from my mouth, I heard the "True Self" calling out to me.

Calling out to me Saying "GO! Get Out there! Mooooove! Ikuzoooo! To Waste NO more Time!!

So I grabbed Everything and went down stairs. I hope all you fellow Kendoka Sieze The Day, even when you Dont Feel Like It!

My Eldest Son asks me, "Da-yee, can I do gas with you?"
I said, "It's pronounced 'Da-Dee,' son; and no, I think I'll just pump the gas this time."

I sat in my thoughts for a few moments. Realized I was going to pay for gas with cash... And realized I didnt have to do ALL things in haste.
And so I told myself to slow down.
Go say my sons' pace.
My thoughts continued with, I have absolutely nothing scheduled for several hours; I can have the boys help me with pumping the gas.

So I tell them to put their toys down, as I begin to unbuckle them and let them know we are going in to pay, and that they will be helping me pump the gas. Needless to say, they were excited ^·^

And so here we are. As a family. In one photo. Because, if it wasn't for that thought: "All the time in the world" then how would these wonderful pictures ever have been taken today?

Moral of the story:
Just Slow Down. There's more time than you think there is. There's a LOT of Global pressure, stress, uncertainty going on in most everyone's lives on some degree or level.

Just sloooow down. Breath... And ask critical questions on what your feeling. Question the behavior behind those emotions.
***
Remind yourself to believe in the plethora of time; it is abundant. Tread, steadily forward. Have these kinds of inner conversations frequently. It will save you ample time.

You don't "Have to Have" a Million Bucks, to FEEL like Million Bucks! Just remember to not let your possessions own you. They are tools. Use them as such.
