This space was created with intention—from the calming environment to the way we care for every child and family who walks through our doors.

When we conceived of the idea of a thriving wholistic clinic, a space where families could see multiple providers, have their family held in whole, and a space where children would grow new skills, the mural was front and center in our minds.

Our multitalented friend, Monica, .of.spirit, absolutely knocked it out of the park with this mural, thank you soul sister!

Now when families enter, they're greeted with a beautiful, calming presence to begin nervous system regulation, healing, and learning.

Why do we love Foamnasium in Sprout and Thrive?

🌱Versatility – We use it for obstacle courses, play, and therapeutic activities all in one space. The furniture changes and evolves all day, from patient to patient, and from goal to goal. We love seeing what kids build and we turn it into focused play to address their therapeutic goals.

🌱All ages & Abilities – Easily adapted for every child’s needs and developmental level. We use the Blocksy pieces with the babies, the Wedges and Gymnasium with the toddlers, and the Bridges, Tumblers and Cubes with the big kids as we create forts, tunnels, walls, castles, obstacle courses and so much more! It changes all day and never gets boring.

🌱Engaging & Therapeutic – Supports strength, coordination, ideation, motor planning, sequencing, executive functioning, social skills and sensory regulation through fun, purposeful play. We love that they come in an easy, wipeable fabric that we can use in the clinic. We specifically chose Foamnasium for the new clinic because we could custom pick the neutral colors to avoid overstimulation for our patients with sensory issues.
