Please check your online portal email for Annual Meeting notice mailed USPS to all homeowners along with 2025 Budget, and ballot for 2025 Board of Directors. Please submit your proxy or ballot if your account has a $0 balance.

We need 25% of all eligible homeowners to attend the meeting to have quorum for voting on the virtual meeting or by ballot or proxy. Please return your ballot or proxy by the deadline to [email protected]

2-ANYTIME THAT YOU WANT TO MAKE ANY TYPE OF IMPROVEMENT/MODIFICATION/REPAIR/LANDSCAPE PROJECT, PLEASE REMEMBER THAT YOU NEED APPROVAL FROM THE ARCHITECTURAL REVIEW COMMITTEE (ARC) AND/OR THE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION (HOA). FAILURE TO OBTAIN APPROVAL PRIOR TO THE WORK COMMENCING WILL RESULT IN FINES ON YOUR ACCOUNT.

2020 Graduation Sign!

Folks, we need a list of all seniors graduating this year so that we can include them on the sign out front.

Please email the names of your kids or anyone else you from the neighborhood that will be graduating.

Send names to [email protected] by Friday May 8th to have the graduate added to the sign.

Dominion Walk Homeowners:
Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the Dominion Walk Annual Meeting has been postponed until sometime later in the year. Please be on the lookout for notices about the new date.

Additionally, the amenities to include the pool area and playground are closed. We will leave tennis courts open for singles play only. Please do not use the tennis courts for anything but tennis. No bikes, no skates, no motorized vehicles or scooters and no soccer or other balls. Please tennis only. Please use this area for tennis at your own risk.

We are unsure of how the pandemic will effect the pool opening in May but will keep you all posted as we know more.

Thank you for your understanding during this challenging time. We hope you all stay safe and healthy!

HAPPY HALLOWEEN!!

The Dominion Walk Fall Festival will be held on Friday, November 1st at the pool parking lot! Please make plans to join us and meet your neighbors there.

When: Friday, November 1st
Time: starts at 5PM.
What: Join us for pumpkin carving 6PM, parade and trick or treating at 7PM and tons of fun!
Where: Dominion Walk pool parking lot

We hope you will join us for this fun, festive community event!
