Idk about you but how exciting that we have the ability to control the outcome with our decisions..
Finding joy in the process sounds good in theory.
But there will always be days when it doesnāt feel joyful. So when that reward goes away, you wonāt want to do it anymore.
Iāve been trying to really fall in love with the potential.. the vision of where I want to be in a year from now, and realizing that every step I take towards that - no matter how exciting or mundane - is getting me closer to that š«¶š¼

Joining a gym again has helped me so much with taking my results to the next level.
Yes, we can absolutely get results from home. A lot of my clients are busy moms that are getting fit from their living room.
But I work from home, so I was really struggling with no changes of environment in my day. Itās hard to give my 100% effort to my workout when I can visually see everything else that needs to get done around me.
I needed to be in a room where the environment was pushing me to be better.
We canāt always change our environment⦠but if you can.. you should.

The problem is.. we sometimes love the FEELING of being productive instead of taking the harder action of consistency every single day.

Sometimes I doubt myself for having high expectations for my clients.
Because there are coaches out there who will throw you into drastic protocols just to create fast changeā¦
ā¦but it doesnāt last.ā¦and half the time it comes at the expense of your energy, metabolism, relationship with food, and overall health.
