Our next spotlight is Brittyn, or as we call her—Britt!

Britt has been with Become BEST for a little over a year, and we LOVE having her. Britt keeps us all entertained and is always looking out for her clients + our staff. Her favorite part about working at Become BEST is all of the relationships she has built with her clients, as well as coworkers (who she calls friends).

Our next spotlight is one of our favorites, Kim! ❤️ Here’s what she has to say about working at Become BEST!

❤️ What I love most: "The people. I am incredibly grateful to work with staff who are always willing to step in and help, no matter what."

🌟 The most rewarding part: "Watching our clients reach their goals—whether those goals are big or small. Every bit of progress matters."

💙 Our team:"Our BCBAs provide us with the guidance and support we need, and our BTs and RBTs are there in those everyday moments—celebrating the wins, working through the hard moments, and helping each other keep going."

💕 My absolute favorite part: "Getting to work side by side with my daughter, Carley, every day. Not many moms get the opportunity to watch their daughter grow professionally while also getting to share the same passion and purpose with her."

Get to know the BEST Team, starting with Madi Bieret!!

Madi has been on the team for a little over a year and is newly a Registered Behavior Technician at Become BEST. Madi is always doing whatever she can to help her clients succeed and is such a joy to work with!!

Outside of the clinic, Madi enjoys hanging out with friends, being outside, going on walks, and the occasional shopping trip!

Karen joined our team in July, and this past weekend she passed her BCBA exam! 👏

Karen has been such a light on our team, always keeping us laughing and bringing the fun! Just ask the cake that almost hit the floor seconds before this picture was taken. 😂🎂

We also got chaotic and crazy. 😂 And honestly, we appreciate the accuracy.

Because some days are heartwarming, some days are hilarious, some days are a little chaotic—and somehow, we wouldn’t have it any other way.

🎓✨ Bringing ABA into the classroom!

Today, our very own Bailey Wilson had the opportunity to visit high school students at the Career Academy and share more about Become BEST and the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)!

Students learned about what ABA is, the work we do at Become BEST, and some of the career opportunities available within the field. To make the learning hands-on, Bailey led the students through a fun ABC (Antecedent–Behavior–Consequence) activity where they could practice looking at behavior through an ABA lens. 🧠💡

We love opportunities to connect with students, introduce them to the world of ABA, and show them how rewarding a career supporting others can be.

A big thank you to Bailey for representing Become BEST and sharing her knowledge with the next generation of professionals! 💙
