David Taylor for Little Elm Little Elm resident since 2008. Educator, Chamber President ACB, father of 3 I am excited about the town I live in. I am the father of three and husband to one.

I went to Ball State University where I served in the Student Senate for three years and served as parliamentarian for part of this time. I have been in youth ministry in one form or other since 1985. I currently substitute teach for ESS who supplies teachers for Little Elm and Frisco ISD among others. While in ministry I served on councils at the Conference level serving on the Board of Church an

d Society in Indiana and the Chair of the Conference Council on Youth Ministry in Northern Illinois. This area covered the breadth of Illinois from Chicago to Iowa north of I-80 give or take. With this role I then was part of the Conference Council on Ministry. I also had the privilege to serve at one of the largest congregations in our denomination in Indiana. I earned my Master of Divinity degree from Anderson University School of Theology and took classes at SMU's Perkins School of Theology from 1995-1998. I was ordained in the United Methodist Church in 1996. Five years ago I acquired my Texas Department of Insurance Life & Health license and began working in Financial Services, later earning my securities licenses. Recently I created Lakefront Financial, llc and have become certified with Our Infinite Company to assist educators with retirement and their state pensions. My young adult children all share my passion for my music. The two oldest are actually earning their university degrees in music. My wife and I have been married for 24 years in November. If the Lord will, we should be together at least 24 more. I currently serve as President of Lewisville-Hebron branch of Americas Chamber for Business. There is so much more to tell, but you will want to get to know me in person, so I can learn about you as well.

We need to constantly be aware of those who oppose freedom. This administration began using tactics like this while serving as VP in a previous administration. Weaponizing the FBI to silence opposition, especially during an election should put all involved in prison.

"This Administration has promoted responsible actions to protect public health, safety, security when confronted by challenges," a spokesperson told Newsweek.
