- Fine motor skills: Using scoops, cups, tongs, and hands strengthens little muscles needed for writing later.
- Language growth: Toddlers learn words like soft, rough, cold, sticky, more, full, empty.
- Emotional regulation: Sensory play is calming and helps toddlers self-soothe.
- Focus & patience: Sensory activities increase attention span naturally.
- Social skills: Toddlers practice sharing space, tools, and taking turns.
