We raised $1,120 today!

Thank you to all of our vendors and car entries for your support to our program! We are thrilled to be able to offer this to better prepare our students for the ever-changing technology in their lives.

Additional thank you to everyone that jumped in to help us with our food situation. We appreciate all of the shares to help us fill those spots. We’d like to thank Trey Nixon, Scherer Farms, Brad & Linda Sandlin, SCC Band, Amy Bradley, and Taryn Bridges for donations, grilling, and running concessions today. It takes a village and ours is the best around!

The Steampunks Robotics team received an unexpected but very appreciated donation today from a gentleman that frequented our car shows in previous years. He stated that he attended with his wife who has since passed, and that he was on his way to visit her resting place today when he stopped in.

We aren’t sure if he wants to be named publicly, so we will refrain from posting his name for now (but will absolutely be reaching out privately). Our team just wants to say thank you for your support and for allowing us to be a part of those joyous memories we hope last a lifetime.

You touched our hearts and lifted our spirits today. Thank you for reminding us of why we love our community so much. It’s the friends that have turned into family that make every day a blessing.
