JOIN US! On Tuesday April 25th from Noon-3pm Art Club SVC will host a Sidewalk Chalk Art Contest on the Student Union Patio! There are 3 categories and 2 prizes per category - winners will be decided on by the guest judges shortly after 3pm! We have prizes for both experienced and inexperienced participants - all are welcome! Chalk provided! Even though we had to end a bit early due to rain - we were grateful for your determination and effort in showing us your creativity and imagination! Judging still happened via images, so also - thank you to our 3 faculty judges: Roman Briggs, Randy Martin, and Shelby Litwicki! WINNERS WILL BE EMAILED FRIDAY ABOUT CLAIMING YOUR PRIZE! We have 3 categories and there will be 2 prizes per category (6 prizes total!) - one for someone non-experienced/novice and one for someone with prior art experience. We will be giving out $20 vouchers to the Union Cafe (for coffee or food) per winner! Participants are encouraged to think in advance to plan their drawing or design and bring a reference to use to complete their entry, but you are also welcome to participate without a plan or something in mind.
Guest Faculty Judges include Shelby Litwicki, Roman Briggs, and Randy Martin! Judging starts at 3:15PM and you do not have to be present to claim your prize! (We will email you!)
