College recruiting doesn’t start during senior year—it begins much earlier! 🏐

From building skills and creating highlight videos to contacting coaches and attending camps, each stage of high school brings different opportunities.

The timeline may look different for every athlete, but starting early, staying organized, and being proactive can make the process feel much more manageable.

THE TAG-A-BUSINESS CHALLENGE!

Cochise County businesses: We’re calling you out!

Club Cochise is working toward our $30,000 goal for a new athletic flooring, creating a better playing surface for volleyball, basketball, futsal, roller skating, and other activities in our community.

Here’s the challenge:

THE DONATE OR SHARE CHALLENGE

We’re working toward our $30,000 goal for a new Sport Court, and I want to challenge our Club Cochise and Desert Storm family, friends, alumni, and community to help us get there.

What is Sport Court? An athletic modular flooring system in which tiles snap together and lay over existing floors.

The challenge is simple:

Four players from our Monsoon 16 club team represented three different schools and competed against one another during this weekend’s tournament.

We love seeing them play hard across the net—and come together for a picture afterward!

NEW SEASON. FIRST BIG GOAL. LET’S DO THIS! 💜🏐🩵

As Club Cochise heads into a new season, we’re kicking it off with a BIG goal: Raiise $30,000 to install athletic sport court at one of our current partner facilities!

Right now, our athletes are playing on polished concrete. Athletic sport court will create a better playing surface for volleyball, basketball, futsal, roller skating, and other community activities.

We have the space.
We have the athletes.
We have the programs.

Now let’s build a better place to play. 🙌

🏐 Want to play volleyball in college? Don’t wait for coaches to find you—start putting yourself on their radar!

Here are four college recruiting tips:

1. Start early. Research schools and volleyball programs before your senior year.
2. Create a short highlight video. Lead with your strongest plays and include your name, position, graduation year, height, team, and contact information.
3. Keep your social media appropriate. Coaches may look at what you post, share, and comment.
4. Focus on academics. Strong grades can create more opportunities for admission, scholarships, and financial aid.

Be consistent, follow up respectfully, and remember—finding the right academic and athletic fit matters more than the division level. 💜🏐
