See water that wasn’t there in the past? That’s what happened at this home that had a water leak for an unknown amount of time but was actually flooding the neighbors more and more each year. We completed a full water line replacement, new front sidewalk that had sinkholes from the water leak, and some regrading of both properties to eliminate pooling of water. Within in 24 hours of the leak being repaired the water that was never on the neighbors property disappeared even with 2 significant rain events that same week.

Sewer repair in Shrewsbury that was backing up into the home. We ended up finding a failed section of 5” AC pipe which we removed and ran 6” sdr 35 plastic pipe out of the roadway and reconnected to the existing sewer service that we camera and found was clear. Vac Truck service by AJ Belcufine and Flowable fill provided by Dauphinas Concrete.

Got a call on a Friday to have some temp paving completed at Nashoba High School the following Friday and Saturday. 440 ton later of utility patches within parking lots and large paving area against an existing track and field with 1-2% pitch! The guys knocked this one out of the park.

New Driveway installation in Worcester. We removed the existing driveway and 12” of soil below grade, and replaced with 12” of processed gravel. We then paved a 2” basecoat and 1 1/4” topcoat of asphalt. Customer also wanted to repair a large pothole in front of their driveway within the city private roadway.

This project was at the Worcester Yatco on Quinsigamond Ave for Richard Record & Son Joe Record. Some median paving from where 75’ by 16’ of median was removed to accommodate lane re assignments for a new turn lane. We also completed final trench restoration from the Original site construction which included milling 4’ wide along 200 LF of curbing and entrances and a 30’ by 30’ area where sewer and water connections were completed. Thank you wheeler for milling assistance on this project.

The post have been quiet but we definitely have not been! Wrapping up the final stages of this project in Shrewsbury. We reworked parking areas to accommodate ADA parking and the existing building loading docks. We paved 3600 sf porous parking area, 950 LF of cape cod berm, 10,500 sf driveways and additional parking. We prepared and poured 6” concrete dumpster pad for these businesses. Also sub-graded planting areas and loam and hydroseeded all disturbed areas.

We were able to excavate and pull a new 3/4” pvc water service for this home in Shrewsbury. Definitely tight quarters trying not to disturb to many bushes/trees. Service was placed right on top of ledge wrapped in insulation for the past 50 years. Here is to the next 50!
