The summer is almost in the books.
It’s been awesome watching these athletes show up every week, work hard, compete, and get better. Speed isn’t just about running fast, it’s about building confidence, learning how to move efficiently, and developing habits that carry over into every sport.
We have ONE final class this Thursday to wrap up the summer with our post-evaluations and see how much everyone has improved.
4:00 PM – Ages 7–10
5:00 PM – Ages 11–15
