We are a young team and we like to work hard. We are Ingraham Rams. We bleed blue. We are Ingraham's Robotics Team 4030 - NullPointerException.

After a tough time at Glacier Peak, and lots of lessons learned from observing how other robots play the game, we've been hard at work improving the collection mechanism on our robot. We're ready to enter Shorewood next week re-energized!

Yesterday we took our FTC robot to the Seattle Pacific Science Center! Elementary and middle school students got a chance to drive the robot, learn about IR beacons, and play with vision tracking. These kids were filled with curiosity and eager to get their hands onto the controls which made for a great evening!

NullPointerException took home the creativity award for our robot's octagonal design and turret. We made it into the quarter finals with Top Gun and Chill Out! Congratulations to the Ballard Vikings, Royals and Neobots, the winning alliance. We had a great time, our sights are on Shorewood this coming weekend!
Congratulations to Claire Decoy and Sam Wolfson for their Deans List nominations at the Mount Vernon district event and their amazing contributions to our team. And we're so proud of Claire who will be moving on for the Deans List Award at State in Portland.
