FRC 4030: Null Pointer Exception We are a young team and we like to work hard. We are Ingraham Rams. We bleed blue. We are Ingraham's Robotics Team 4030 - NullPointerException.

Visit our website at www.ingrahamrobotics.org We are NullPointerException, FIRST Team 4030, from Seattle, Washington. Our team is composed of students around the Ingraham Area. Together, we follow the guiding hand of FIRST and build a robot each year that educates and establishes ingenuity in our students. We set goals for the team, but we also like to pursue personal goals, on how we can better ourselves for competition and later in life. While we build our robot we are building our confidence and knowledge about all forms of STEM. Though we can only build up our robot for six weeks, we are always building ourselves to be ready and excited about the world after high-school and higher education.

After a tough time at Glacier Peak, and lots of lessons learned from observing how other robots play the game, we've been hard at work improving the collection mechanism on our robot. We're ready to enter Shorewood next week re-energized!

Yesterday we took our FTC robot to the Seattle Pacific Science Center! Elementary and middle school students got a chance to drive the robot, learn about IR beacons, and play with vision tracking. These kids were filled with curiosity and eager to get their hands onto the controls which made for a great evening!
