𝗠𝗲𝗲𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗣𝗧𝗢 𝗧𝗼𝗻𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝗮𝘁 𝗟𝗔𝗪 𝗢𝗽𝗲𝗻 𝗛𝗼𝘂𝘀𝗲 🐾 If you’re headed to our LAW Open House tonight, come meet the PTO, share your ideas, learn more about what we do, and find a way to be involved that works for you.

𝗗𝗶𝗱 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗸𝗻𝗼𝘄? From the Family Dance, to enrichment clubs, the Holiday Shop, Spring student/grown-up events, teacher appreciation, field trip support and more—much of the events that help make our LAW experience special are organized, funded, or supported by our PTO.

𝗔𝗻𝗱 𝘀𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗣𝗧𝗢 𝗱𝗼𝗲𝘀𝗻’𝘁 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗺𝗲𝗮𝗻 𝗮𝗱𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗻𝗼𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝘃𝗼𝗹𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗲𝗿 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗶𝘁𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗰𝗮𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗮𝗿. Can’t volunteer your time? Cooking not your thing? Rather skip the next fundraiser purchase? 🐾 𝗟𝗶𝗳𝗲 𝗛𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗲𝗻𝘀. 𝗟𝗲𝘁’𝘀 𝗵𝗲𝗹𝗽 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘁𝗹𝗲 𝗽𝗮𝗻𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗯𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗱𝘆. 🐾 Spills happen. Accidents happens. And sometimes a school day just calls for an unexpected outfit change.

Nurse Barter is looking for our LAW community’s help restocking the clothing supply in the nurse’s office so she has clean, comfortable clothes ready when one of our little Panthers needs them. She’s collecting new or gently used children’s clothing; 𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝘀𝗶𝘇𝗲𝘀 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝘄𝗲𝗹𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗲 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗱 𝗳𝗼𝗿:

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗟𝗔𝗪 𝗣𝗮𝗻𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝗿𝘆 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗳𝗮𝗹𝗹? 🐾 ASPTO Fall Enrichment Clubs are back at Lura A. White! Whether your Panther loves to create, build, or embark on imaginary adventures, there’s something fun waiting after the school day ends.

📸 Mini Scrapbook Club • Grades 1–5
🧱 LEGO Club • Grades K–2 & 3–5

Clubs run for 6 weeks beginning the week of October 5 and meet from 3:15–4:15 PM on their scheduled day.

𝗪𝗲’𝗿𝗲 𝗯𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗼𝗻 𝗮 𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿 𝗮𝘁 𝗟𝗔𝗪! ♣️♦️♥️ We kicked off SY26–27 by giving our incredible teachers and staff a little something to test their luck…but with a team like ours, we already know we’ve hit the jackpot. 🎟️ And for LAW’s newest Panthers, we dealt out a different kind of welcome! Our incoming kindergarteners received special bags filled with a few goodies to help them color, create, and settle into their brand-new school community. 🐾

Our L.A.W. Laps for Loaves Walk-A-Thon will be held on This Thursday, May 28 during school.

The food drive for Loaves and Fishes is being held all week!
Students should place food brought in on the grade level tables in the main lobby.
Thank you for your help in making our food drive a success!

The PTO is proud to announce that our annual walk-a-thon is back but with a twist!
This year we are holding Laps for Loaves-A walking food drive for our local food pantry, Loaves and Fishes. We are proud to turn our annual event into a food drive to support Loaves and Fishes' Summer Kids Bags Program.

Students are encouraged to bring in food donations (requested items listed below) from 5/26-5/29 and place items on grade level tables in the school lobby. The grade with the most food collected by the end of the week will earn an extra recess!

Students will be walking in the back field to earn bracelets on Thursday, May 28 (rain date-May 27) They are encouraged to wear their class colors (K-mascot shirts, 1-blue, 2-yellow, 3-green, 4-tie-dye, 5-red)
