Red River Valley Chorus members from over 35 years gathered today for one final tea party. If you are familiar with RRVC, you know they are well known for an annual tea that they prepared and served to their guests. This time the members did not serve the tea but were guests themselves to commemorate the final closing of this great chorus. Our past directors in attendance each spoke about their time directing this chorus. Like many other small choruses within Sweet Adelines International, the covid struggle took it’s toll and has been unrecoverable. We are so thankful for the years together…learning music, perfecting performance, and loving each other like only family can. Thanks to all who came to our performances and rooted us on!

Red River Valley Chorus gals had a great time at the Stokes event which was at the Hilton Garden Inn. We talked to shoppers about how fun it is to sing 4 part Acapella Harmony, let them view our chorus singing in competitions and took names for our raffle for the beautiful table runner. Thanks to all the lovely sister singers of our chorus for participating!

RRVC meets on Monday nights at 7pm. We would love to get to know you by including you in our weekly Zoom sessions. It’s fun, you get to meet us all and learn how to improve your singing skills too!
