Still trying to get FB to delete this page. Anyone know how?

I have tried multiple times to contact FB to ask them to delete this page. I even renamed it. Everything I have tried has not worked. I have received many messages asking if I would like to spend money to increase traffic to this page. No, but I would be willing to pay to have it disappear.

I have tried every way possible to delete this page. Have tried, multiple times, to contact FB and learn the secret of sending a page off into oblivion, but no luck. If you know how I can accomplish this, please let me know.
