As a candidate for school board in 2015, it is my hope that the voters in school district 15 will allow me the privilege and honor to represent them offering a younger perspective for our top ranked school system. A board is supposed to be a broad representation of those they are representing, and we deserve a dynamic board that brings as much to the table as possible for the students and their fa
milies in our community. Having gone through most of my schooling in the 21st century, I will bring a perspective to the board that is unparalleled and valuable. My understanding of how a school works that could not survive without technology is far greater than any currently in place. As a proud alumnus of the Williamsville school system I have a passion for what goes on inside our schools; it is my belief that the our school system, is a large part of the driven young professional and student I have become. I work for Northwestern Mutual, and attend college at the same time with hopes to graduate early in spring 2016; I intend to work at Northwestern Mutual upon graduation. My life has consistently shown a passion for voluntarism and leadership, school board member is the next logical step for me building into the community that has shaped and continues to shape me.
