No amount of talk that we have not talked for them to use other things like your Bank Verification Number - BVN as criteria for your ability for them to give you the finance which would be given directly to us as your training fee so that you can access the course from us.
They blatantly refused. If you check well, they or somebody they know must have had an experience with an unscrupulous element who only believes that his or her way out is to scam someone else.
I wonder why people who do these things cannot use such ideas for good.
