Tricia Jackson for State Auditor
--------------------------------------

I am proud to endorse Tricia Jackson for State Auditor.

I have a unique perspective in offering this endorsement, because, as a fellow County Commissioner, I've been serving alongside Tricia for the past year and a half. I've witnessed firsthand as she's fought tenaciously to ensure that taxpayer dollars aren't wasted. At a time when trust in government is at an all-time low, Tricia stands for transparency and accountability in Jefferson County. She asks questions and demands answers from those who don't seem to realize that county funds aren't THEIRS, they're YOURS.

Unlike many fraudulent “Republicans”, Tricia is a TRUE conservative. The unwavering principles she lives by (and which the Republican “establishment” have attacked her for) are a testament to her character. She is a Christian woman who is unflinchingly pro-life, and pro-second amendment. While she never waivers on her conservative values, she understands that she was elected to represent EVERY Jefferson County resident and is always ready to listen to those who need assistance.

As State Auditor Tricia will ensure that county governments state-wide are transparent, open, and accountable with their finances. That applies especially to the morass that has been created by the establishment here in the Eastern Panhandle.

“We the People” have finally woken up to the fact that too many elected officials choose to serve special interests rather than those who elected them. That's why the corrupt establishment is working overtime to keep Tricia from winning. Quite simply, they're terrified she'll shed light on their corruption, conflicts, and back-room deals. She's exactly who we need right now.

Early voting begins May 1st and Election Day is May 14th. You have a right to demand accountability regarding how your tax dollars are being spent. As Auditor, Tricia will fight to ensure that that you do. Please show up in force to elect Tricia Jackson as State Auditor.

Barb Fuller for Delegate

I am thrilled to offer my endorsement to Barbara Fuller for 98th District Delegate

Barb is a fighter for conservative values at a time when too many elected officials gladly cave to the self-serving establishment,. She's is EXACTLY who we need to represent Jefferson County in Charleston.

Over the years, legislators in Charleston have been working behind closed doors to plunder Jefferson County for the benefit of them and their elite friends. They have been hoping we won't pay attention to what they do in Charleston and to simply vote based on the letter after their name. Well we're paying attention now and it's time to say NO MORE! We need elected officials who want to SERVE THE PEOPLE rather than expecting to be served. Barb is just such a person.

Barb will fiercely protect the traditional conservative values we hold dear. She will fight for the unborn. She will protect children against predators. She will support law enforcement officers, corrections officers, and first responders. She will help farmers and small business owners, and she will fight to the RINOs from allowing Biden's Green New Deal from further invade Jefferson County.

Early voting begins May 1st and Election Day is May 14th. Let Charleston know that we're done with politicians who are only playing at being conservative. Elect Barb Fuller for 98th District Delegate!

Daphne Andrews for Delegate
---------------------------------

It is my honor to fully endorse Daphne Andrews for West Virginia for the 99th District Delegate.

In the time I've known her, Daphne has shown herself to be a fair, level-headed, kind, and intelligent woman.

Daphne cares deeply for this beautiful county we call home. She won't allow solar or wind compounds to further blanket our gorgeous landscape, as her opponent has been desperately attempting to do for years. She will always stand for what is right, no matter how hard that may be. She will fight the RINOs in Charleston who care more about their bottom lines than the will of the you: the citizens.

Daphne is committed to slashing wasteful government spending, lowering our taxes, and protecting our second amendment rights. And she will fight to protect the lives West Virginia's unborn citizens.

In short, Daphne will always fight for TRUE conservative values, rather than the elite members of the old-boys club that try to run roughshod over the will of the people.

Early voting begins May 1st and Election Day is May 14th. Please vote for Daphne Andrews for the 99th District Delegate. West Virginia needs Daphne and Daphne needs your vote!

MIKE MOOD FOR COUNTY COMMISSION
----------------------------------------------

It's my honor to endorse Mike Mood for Jefferson County Commissioner.

Mike has been a leader in Jefferson County for many years; not only as a business owner, but also as Chief at Middleway Volunteer Fire Company. Mike has many great ideas to bring to the County and he is an anti-solar-compound conservative.

Let's take our beautiful county back from those who seek to destroy it for their own benefit. Come out to vote for Mike Mood in the May 14th primary.

JACK HEFESTAY FOR COUNTY COMMISSION
--------------------------------------------------

I am thrilled to endorse Jack Hefestay, Jefferson County, WV for the Charles Town Commission seat.

Since I entered politics I've been amazed how many elected “Republicans” aren't actually conservative. Although West Virginia is a very “red” state, we lag behind many “purple” states in conservative policy. If we want that to change, we must elect conservatives in our PRIMARY elections.

In the election for the Charles Town Commission seat, Jack Hefestay is the only true conservative running. Jack is an honorable man who served his country in the Navy and now wants to serve you as your County Commissioner. He will help to put an end to new solar compounds in Jefferson County. Best of all, he won't be a tool of the Jefferson County Establishment.

I am happy to give Jack my full endorsement for the Charles Town Commission seat. Get out and vote for Jack Hefestay on May 14th.

Statement on the Corruption in Jefferson County
---------------------------

What is happening to Commissioner Jackson and me is a travesty, and it is unamerican. We have never done anything but try to serve those we represent with honesty and integrity. I cannot say very much while I attempt to obtain legal counsel but be assured that AT NO POINT did I stop working for my constituents.

Unfortunately, the political establishment of Jefferson County have decided to use the legal system which they control, to persecute their political opponents. I moved away from Maryland to escape this type of corruption, but unfortunately the leaders of my adopted home state have let this poisonous ideology make its way up the Potomac River from DC.

If this injustice is allowed to stand here, in West Virginia, our Republic is lost, and we will be no better than the third-world dictatorships we used to fight against. I believe anyone running for state, local, or federal office in West Virginia needs to be vigorously questioned on where they stand regarding turning honest disagreement into a criminal offense. It will be telling for the voters of West Virginia.

Chris Anders for 97th District Delegate
------------

I’m proud to endorse S. Chris Anders in his race for Delegate for the 97th District. Sadly, during my time in office I’ve learned that while many of our elected officials are “Republicans”, they aren’t conservatives. Too many are only interested in serving their own interests, or special interests, rather than furthering the conservative agenda. That’s not the case with Chris. He is a true conservative leader who will never back away from the principles and values that made our country great. As a resident of the 97th district myself, I look forward to finally having a representative in Charleston who shares my values. Chris is the only man for this job and deserves your support in May.

Last night the newly comprised Jefferson County Commission voted to restart the proliferation of solar compounds throughout the county. I have done what I can to spare Jefferson County from being turned into a solar wasteland. Unfortunately, this has been an uphill battle. In my opinion, that's because of the large number of elites in this county who stand to gain financially from the free flow of Biden’s Green New Deal dollars.

Because of the lawfare that has been waged against me, ethically, I had to recuse myself from this sham process. I've included my comments from last night below.

Be sure to consider the future you want for Jefferson County when you vote in the upcoming primaries this May.

----------------------------------
Three months ago, I took a stand for the voters of Jefferson County by voting to repeal the zoning ordinance which is causing our county to be blanketed in thousands of acres of Solar panels. Although my actions were within the bounds of the relevant ordinances, since taking that stand I have been the subject of dishonest media attacks, and relentless lawfare waged by those who, in my opinion, are putting their own bottom line over what’s best for Jefferson County. I personally have nothing to gain or to lose from the proliferation of large-scale solar compounds, but the voters don’t want it and I was elected to uphold their will.

When I took office, I swore an oath on the King James Bible . . . the inerrant Word of God. I do not take that oath lightly. At the moment, I am being pursued legally for my actions by the very attorney’s office which is supposedly representing me and the other Commissioners in this matter. As such, regardless of how I vote tonight, it creates a conflict of interest. It is unethical to participate when such a conflict exists. If others choose to act in an unethical manner, that is between them, their God, and their constituents. I, however, will not sacrifice my ethics or go against my principles for any reason.

As such, I’m recusing myself from this discussion and any vote thereon. It’s my sincere hope that the voters will show up in force next May and make a stand against the unethical establishment who are happy to turn Jefferson County into a solar wasteland for the benefit of their bottom line.

For the past two years, I have helped my dear friend Joan Douglas get out the word regarding school supply donations for needy children at Blue Ridge Elementary

This Christmas I’m doing the same for gloves, hats, and mittens. Many families in the area don’t have the means to provide these items for their children. If you have the means, please consider donating to this worthy effort.

Items needed are warm hats, gloves, and mittens. Particularly appreciated would be waterproof gloves and mittens. Donations would be appreciated by December 17th. Amazon orders can be sent directly to Joan Douglas. For any questions, please contact Joan Douglas (information below):
