I’m pleased to introduce myself as the newly elected Treasurer of the Virginia Retired Teachers Association (VRTA).
I was honored to be elected at the Spring VRTA Delegate Assembly, and I look forward to working with our District and Unit leaders throughout the coming year.
In addition to serving as VRTA Treasurer, I am currently in my second term as President of the Loudoun Retired Educators Association and serve as Publicity Chair for District N. I’m excited to bring these experiences to my new role with VRTA.
As Treasurer, my responsibilities extend beyond managing our finances. I will also be working to maintain accurate membership records and help ensure that our units and districts receive the information and support they need.
Good communication is important to me. I welcome your questions, suggestions, and constructive feedback as we work together to strengthen VRTA and serve our members.
