Our team is the heart of Barnyard Academy McAdams, and we love finding little ways to remind them how appreciated they are! 💛

Today we surprised our amazing staff with a Pick Me Up Thursday snack cart stocked with their favorite treats and enjoyed a catered Chick-fil-A lunch during our staff meeting. 🍪🥤🐮

Thank you to each of our teachers for the love, patience, and dedication you pour into our children every single day. We are so grateful for everything you do, and we hope we made you feel as valued as you truly are! ✨💙

🌊 Ocean Week is off to a splashing start! 🦀🐠💙
Our Toddlers and Junior Preschool friends have been diving into all things under the sea! From crab crowns and ocean-themed circle time to adorable artwork and lots of smiles, we’ve had the best start to our week. We can’t wait to sea what the rest of the week brings! 🌊🐚🫧

🎉✨ What an AMAZING week we had at Barnyard! ✨🎉

This week was filled with so much fun, laughter, and imagination as our kiddos dressed up each day and brought their favorite characters to life! From brave superheroes 🦸‍♂️🦸‍♀️ and royal princes and princesses 👑, to beloved characters 📚🎭 and future careers 👩‍⚕️👨‍🚒👩‍🏫, our school was full of creativity and big dreams all week long.

We love giving our children opportunities to express themselves, use their imaginations, and simply have fun being kids. Seeing their excitement each morning was truly the highlight of our week! 💙

A huge thank you to our wonderful families for helping make Dress-Up Week such a special success. We are so grateful for your support and for allowing us to be a part of these sweet memories. 🫶

📢 Friendly Reminder: Barnyard will be CLOSED tomorrow, June 19th, in observance of Juneteenth. We hope everyone enjoys the holiday and has a safe, wonderful weekend. We can’t wait to see all of our smiling faces back on Monday! ☀️

Happy World Ocean Day! 🌊🦦

Today we’re celebrating our oceans, the animals who call them home, and the little learners who will help shape a brighter future.

At our school, we believe kindness extends beyond the classroom — to our friends, families, communities, and the world around us.

Looking for a simple way to celebrate with your child today? Try reading a book about ocean animals, taking a family walk to pick up litter, using a reusable water bottle, or talking about why clean water matters.

Small moments like these help children build curiosity, kindness, and care for the world around them. 💙
